Service Fulfillment
Venyrs provides a combination of software and marketing services, and we are committed to fulfilling these services in a timely and effective manner. Here is how we deliver our various services:
Software Access: Once your purchase or subscription is confirmed, we will provide you access to the Venyrs software platform (our AI-powered venue marketing software). Typically, you will receive an email with account activation instructions or login credentials immediately or within the first 7 days after payment. This grants you digital access to our software (Software-as-a-Service). From that point, you can log in and begin using the platform’s features. We ensure that your software access remains active for the duration of your subscription or service term, as long as your account is in good standing.
Marketing Services: If you have signed up for marketing campaigns or consulting services, our team will reach out to you to begin fulfillment. We provide you with an onboarding for within a few hours after purchase to document your needs and gather any required information. Venyrs will then implement the agreed marketing services (for example, launching an advertising campaign, lead generation, or managing communications to venue clients) according to the plan we develop with you. We will deliver any tangible results or reports to you through the software dashboard or via email. You will be kept informed about key milestones, and we strive to achieve the objectives outlined in your service agreement.
Customer Onboarding: For all new clients, Venyrs provides an onboarding process to help you get started. After purchase, we will initiate our onboarding process and upon completion of your account we will schedule a launch (such as a phone call or video conference) to introduce you to our platform and services. During launch call, we guide you through setting up your account, understanding how to use the software tools, and outlining the marketing strategy moving forward. Launch is typically scheduled promptly (often within the first week after sign up) at a time convenient for you. This ensures you can fully utilize Venyrs’ services and know what to expect next.
Throughout the fulfillment of our services, Venyrs will maintain communication with you. If there are any unexpected delays or issues (for example, a technical issue with software access or a slight delay in launching a campaign), we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve the problem. Our goal is to deliver on our promises and provide you with the services you paid for in a satisfactory manner.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, so we offer flexible cancellation options for our various services. Below are the conditions for canceling different types of Venyrs services and what happens when you cancel:
Monthly Subscriptions (Software Access): You may cancel your monthly software subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done through your online account settings or by contacting our support team, in line with easy cancellation methods required by lawperkinscoie.com. Once you cancel, no further subscription charges will be billed. You will continue to have access to the software until the end of the current billing period that you’ve already paid for, after which the access will expire. (For example, if you cancel in the middle of a month you’ve paid for, you can still use the service until that month is over, but it will not renew for the next month.)
Marketing Campaigns or One-Time Services: If you have engaged Venyrs for a one-time marketing campaign, project, or other service, you can cancel the service prior to its commencement or completion. If you cancel before we have started work on the campaign/project, you will not be charged (or will receive a full refund if you had pre-paid). If work is already in progress, we will pause the service upon your cancellation. We will determine any applicable refund based on work completed versus work not yet done. (For instance, if you cancel a marketing campaign halfway through its duration, we may refund a portion of the fee corresponding to the unfulfilled part of the service, while retaining the portion covering the work already completed.) We aim to be fair and transparent in these cases and will communicate with you about any costs incurred. Please note that certain services that have been fully delivered or custom work that has been done may not be cancelable or refundable after the fact.
How to Cancel: To cancel any Venyrs service, you can use one of the following methods (whichever is most convenient for you): (a) Email or Phone – contact our customer support via email or phone (see Contact Information below) and inform us that you wish to cancel. We do not require any inconvenient steps for cancellation; a straightforward request is sufficient. In all cases, we will send you a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed, typically within 1-2 business days.
Effect of Cancellation & Future Billing: After cancellation, your access to services will continue until the end of the paid period (if applicable), but no new charges will be incurred going forward. If you had paid for a longer-term in advance (e.g., an annual plan) and you cancel before the term is up, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused period as described in the Refund Policy aboveperkinscoie.com. Cancelling a service means that at the end of the current service period, we will discontinue the service and you will not be billed again. You will lose access to the software or cease receiving the marketing service after the service period concludes. Of course, you are welcome to re-subscribe or use our services again in the future if you choose.
Refund Policy
Venyrs strives for customer satisfaction and adheres to a fair refund policy. We describe below the conditions under which you may receive a refund
Eligibility and Timeframe: You may request a refund within 30 days of the start of the service. Refunds are typically available if the service has not yet been fully delivered or accessed. For example, if you cancel a marketing campaign before work has begun, you can be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team (see Contact Information below) and provide your account details and reason for the request. We will review your request promptly and inform you of the outcome.
Conditions for Refund Approval: Refunds are granted if you meet the above timeframe and the service outcome falls within our refund criteria. Valid reasons may include not receiving the service as described, inability to access the software due to an issue on our end, or cancellation of a service before it has been rendered. If the service was already delivered as promised (for instance, a completed marketing campaign or after prolonged use of the software), refunds may not be available, except as required by law or special circumstances.
Partial and Pro-Rated Refunds: If you paid in advance for a service period (e.g. an annual software subscription or a multi-month campaign) and you qualify for a refund, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any unused portion beyond the current billing. This means you only pay for the time or work already delivered, and the remainder is returned to you.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for example, credited back to the same credit card or bank account used for purchase). Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear, as payment processors and banks may take 5–10 business days to finalize the transaction. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
(Note: Because Venyrs provides digital services rather than physical goods, we do not have a “product return” process. This refund policy covers your right to reimbursement under the conditions above, in lieu of any product returns.)

Digital Access for Software: Venyrs software is provided as a cloud-based service. Delivery of the software service means granting you user access. This is done by creating your account and providing login credentials or activation links via email. Because it’s a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), you use it online through our website or application there is no tangible product to receive. Delivery is thus essentially immediate access once your account is set up and payment is confirmed.
Remote Service Delivery: Our marketing and support services are delivered remotely. Communication will be via email, phone, video conference, and through the Venyrs platform itself. Any deliverables (such as marketing reports, analytics data, or strategy documents) will be sent electronically to you, typically via email or made available in your online account dashboard. If training materials or documentation are part of our service, those too will be delivered as digital files or accessible online.
Onboarding and Training: As part of delivery, we include an onboarding session (as noted in Service Fulfillment) which is delivered through a phone call or video meeting. This is scheduled with you and conducted remotely. The delivery of this onboarding is considered part of the service delivery, ensuring you have received the guidance needed to utilize our services.
Timelines and Scheduling: We strive to deliver all services within the timeframes promised. Software access is delivered within 7 days. Marketing campaign schedules or consulting session times will be agreed upon with you in advance. If a service involves ongoing work (e.g. a month-long campaign), the “delivery” is continuous throughout that period, with updates provided along the way. If any service delivery will take longer than initially expected, we will inform you and provide a revised timeline. No Shipping Charges or Physical Delivery: Since our offerings are digital, there are no shipping terms or physical delivery conditions to worry about.
